Limited Warranty

Scandic Footwear LLC warranties its products against manufacturer’s defects. If your clogs, boots or sandals are found to have any manufacturer’s defects, we will at our discretion repair, or replace, the product at no cost to you. Wear and fit issues, as well as weather and water damage, are not considered to be a manufacturer’s defects, and are not covered under our limited warranty.

Our leather uppers and wooden clog bases are all natural materials and possess unique characteristics. Natural marks and variations in color and woodgrain only enhance the handcrafted nature of our products and are not considered defects. Damage occurring as result of striking surfaces such as concrete, curbs, stairs, etc. are not covered under our limited warranty.

Exchanges

If you clogs, boots or sandals do not fit properly, Scandic Footwear LLC will allow one (1) free exchange for the same product in the appropriate size within thirty (30) days of purchase, as long as the returned product(s) is in new, unworn, condition. Payment for return shipping will be the responsibility of the customer. Scandic Footwear LLC will ship the exchanged product free of charge via UPS ground.

If after the first free exchange, you find that you still need a different size, we will be happy to exchange the product again for the appropriate size, but you will be charged a $45.00 restocking fee plus $19.90 flat rate shipping.

Returns

Returns will be accepted within 10 days after delivery confirmation, as long as product is in new, unworn, condition. All returns falling outside of our limited warranty will incur a $45 restocking fee.

Additional Exchange and Return Information

Before an exchange or refund can be issued, Scandic Footwear LLC will need to inspect amd verify the condition of all returned goods. If we determine that no manufacturer’s defects exist, or fine the product(s) to be worn, soiled or damaged by the customer, the product will not be accepted for exchange or return — and the product will be returned to the customer, at their expense, via UPS Ground.

Boots, clogs and sandals shipped back to Scandic Footwear LLC may be sent via USPS, UPS or FedEx. All products must be packed according to the instructions found on the Exchange/Return Form. The Exchange/Return Form must be included with ALL returns. Click HERE for the Exchange/Return Form.

Any products purchased during a clearance or sale event are not returnable, exchangeable or refundable.
