Limited Warranty

Scandic Footwear LLC warranties its products against manufacturer’s defects. We are maticulous and exacting with eveyr pair of clogs, boots and/or sandals ensuring that no defects exist prior to shipping your order.

Our leather uppers and wooden clog bases are all natural materials and possess unique characteristics. Natural marks and variations in color and woodgrain only enhance the handcrafted nature of our products and are not considered defects.

Issues with fit, damage from wear and tear, general or otherwise — occurring as result of striking or scratching along surfaces such as concrete, curbs, stairs, etc. — as well water damage from weather, or spills, are not covered under Scandic Footwear’s limited warranty.

Exchanges

If instructions are followed precisely and properly when selecting size and fit at the time of your order — and your clogs, boots or sandals do not fit properly upon arrival, Scandic Footwear LLC will allow one (1) free exchange for the same product, in the appropriate size and fit, within thirty (30) days of purchase, as long as the returned product(s) is in new, unworn, condition. Payment for return shipping will be the responsibility of the customer. Scandic Footwear LLC will ship the exchanged product free of charge.

If after the first free exchange, you find that you still need a different size, we will be happy to exchange the product again, but a $75.00 restocking fee plus shipping will be incurred.

Returns

Returns will be accepted within ten (10) days after delivery confirmation, as long as product is in new, unworn, condition. All returns falling outside of Scandic Footwear’s limited warranty will incur a $75 restocking fee.

Additional Exchange and Return Information

Before an exchange or refund is issued, Scandic Footwear LLC will inspect and verify the condition of all returned goods. If it is determined that no manufacturer’s defects exist, or find the product(s) to be worn, soiled or damaged in any way by the customer, no exchange or return be issued.

Boots, clogs and sandals shipped back to Scandic Footwear LLC may be sent via USPS, UPS or FedEx. All products must be packed according to the instructions found on the Exchange/Return Form. The Exchange/Return Form must be included with ALL returns. Click HERE for the Exchange/Return Form.

Scandic Footwear will not ship out any product for exchange until we receive the original product.

All shipping costs are non-refundable.

Any products purchased from our Outlet Center, during a clearance, or sale event, are not returnable, exchangeable or refundable.
