Love my new pair of short boots. They are beautiful, made from the highest quality materials, and will last my lifetime. My posture has never been better, my lower back pain gone, and my sleep much deeper and more restful. Better than chiropractic, physical therapy, going to the gym, and acupuncture because it immediately corrects the root cause of the problem – the shape and strength of your arches!
I’ve been wearing my clogs for a couple of months now, and I’m truly impressed with the quality! Everything Morten, the clogs maker, told me when I was first introduced to them has proven to be true. I wear them at the office for 8–9 hours a day, without socks, and there’s no sweating at all. Best of all, the pain in my bunion which had been bothering me for a while, is completely gone. I bought a pair online and brought it to the store to return — way too small. They custom made me a new pair and they are so comfortable. I want to look at some other styles too.
This is an idea whose time has come. When isn’t mentioned here is that the owner hand makes shoes to your specific foot shape/needs. The price is reasonable considering Danskos are made in China and not the quality they once were. If you are tired of cheap plastic zippers, pleather and throw away shoes that can’t be re-soled, you’ll find the Scandic shoes refreshing. Love the sandals…..
I have allergies that really limit my footwear. Morten, the engineer/artisan/cobbler who makes these shoes met with me and showed me everything that he uses in making them. I was able to buy a pair that fit my needs as well as order 2 more pair that he will ship to me.

I cannot say enough about the workmanship and comfort of my low boots. I had them made over the summer but recently started wearing them as Fall is here. They have quickly become my favorite footwear. I had them insert the fur footbed. I don’t need socks and my feet remain a comfortable temp all day. I have bunions, but they never hurt in this shoe. No rubbing, they are phenomenal. I would like another pair. The black bison leather and all materials are top notch. Thank you, Scandic.
